3twenty Modular is a leading designer and builder of commercial, institutional and educational projects throughout Western Canada using a modular building process. 3twenty constructs about 150,000 ft2 of finished buildings annually, including schools and portable classrooms, head-starts and daycares, strip malls and retail developments, health centres, and commercial office buildings including their very own office recently completed in Saskatoon!
"As a design-build manufacturer, we were excited to finally design a space of our own. A space that supports our employee’s needs, fosters collaboration, and acts as a space to showcase the various fit and finish options that are available and customizable for every project we do.
I was very particular about the design of this space and how each surface, tone and texture was to play a role in the design. C3BI welcomed me and my long selections process with open doors. They were personable and allowed me to take the time I needed and for that, I am grateful. With their patience and soundboard support, I think we achieved a phenomenal and functional space.

3twenty’s new office building showcases a contemporary design that includes open-plan communal areas and workspaces to foster collaboration, teamwork and creativity, along with private offices and dedicated meeting rooms for more concentrated focus opportunities.
Recognizing the importance of an efficient and aesthetically pleasing workspace, there was a focus on integrating Teknion Architectural walls into the design. By utilizing Teknion’s Tek Vue and Altos demountable wall systems, functional workspace solutions were created enhancing the overall design and flow of the office by creating adaptable spaces that support collaboration while maintaining privacy. These innovative wall solutions permitted not only flexibility in the layout, but also in the finish options, allowing for a mixture of textures and finishes to be incorporated into the wall design including perforated metal, fabric tackboards, back-painted glass whiteboards, neutral laminates & glass office fronts to optimize the overall design and natural light flow throughout the space.
Office furniture was carefully selected from Teknion to furnish the entire building along with a few key statement pieces selectively chosen from their Studio TK line for added comfort and style. The thoughtful choices emphasized modern design while prioritizing ergonomics and employee comfort. By integrating a mix of workstations, private offices, communal areas & collaborative furniture, an inviting atmosphere that encourages creativity and teamwork was created. The combination of stylish and functional furnishings created a cohesive environment resulting in a workspace that is both inspiring and nurturing of 3twenty’s collaborative culture.
