Deer Park Golf Course, located in Yorkton, Saskatchewan, has been in operation since 1921 and has established itself as one of Saskatchewan’s premier 18-hole championship golf courses. Complete with rolling, tree-lined fairways set in a picturesque environment, the course provides a beautiful landscape that anyone would appreciate. To further advance the overall golfing experience and provide a community hub, a decision was made to build a new clubhouse with modern amenities and services to provide a space for club members and the community to come together and bond over a shared interest in golf and other recreational activities. C3BI was a great choice for the project due to the deep personal connection of one of its owners, whose families have been members of the course for decades. With a shared history and understanding of the golfing community's needs, C3BI was seen as a natural choice to bring their expertise and experience to the development of the new clubhouse.
C3BI collaborated closely with the architect, aodbt architecture + interior design in Saskatoon & in particular, their Principal Interior Designer, Nicole Tiessen. Together, they combined their expertise and creative vision to develop a functional and aesthetically pleasing clubhouse that meets the needs and desires of the golf members and the local community in all 4 seasons.

The new clubhouse with state-of-the-art amenities, features furnishings carefully selected by C3BI to create an environment that is not only comfortable but also showcases the beauty of the surrounding area. There was an emphasis on natural materials mixed with a dark and earthy color pallet which complemented the abundance of natural light. Teknion Expansion tables and Global Upholstery Popcorn chairs were used to fill the stunning restaurant and Sit-on-It Gobi Lounge chairs complement the feature fireplace to create a welcoming cozy space.
The covered deck and outdoor patio were transformed using Ratana's Zuni, Mirage, Canbria, and Lucia collections with both a natural teak wood finish to complement the interior space and darker tones carefully selected to elevate the patio's outdoor atmosphere. This combination created a seamless and elegant transition between the indoor and outdoor areas making the space an ideal spot to unwind while dining or socializing in comfort and enjoying the picturesque surroundings.
C3BI supplied "The Green Room" with Teknion Expansion tables and Around chairs, creating a sophisticated and functional boardroom that accommodates both virtual and in-person meetings while fostering an inviting atmosphere that promotes productive discussions.
C3BI's expertise in furniture selection and integration, their understanding of the vision and objectives, along with innovative solutions for layout and aesthetic has brought the Deer Park Clubhouse Project to life creating an inviting and comfortable atmosphere that showcases the natural beauty of the surroundings and elevating the overall experience for golfers and visitors alike.
