Gerrand Rath Johnson (GRJ), a trusted legal team with origins dating back over 100 years, has a vibrant history of serving the residents and businesses of Saskatchewan. With these deep Saskatchewan roots in law, GRJ has stamped their brand of honor, knowledge and strength outside of their four walls and shaped the proud company that exists today. Due to their continued success, GRJ made the decision to completely renovate their existing space, not only to embrace the professionalism of GRJ, but to improve and inspire the day to day functionality required to be a continued success enhancing the overall well-being of their staff and clients alike. GRJ contracted 1080 Architecture, a local architectural and design firm, who assisted GRJ in selecting Concept3 Business Interiors (C3BI) to provide all architectural walls and furnishings to deliver the realization of GRJ’s vision for a professional and sophisticated office space design.

The innovative use of Teknion’s Altos Architectural Wall System with full glass fronts and black framing, provided GRJ with secure private offices that emanates the warm professional aesthetic GRJ & 1080 architecture had envisioned while maximizing natural light into the office interior to produce a bright and sophisticated space.
C3BI, with the assistance of Hillman AV, integrated the use of AV electronics into the Altos wall system to provide a refined solution for the assimilation of new technology. The creative combination of Teknion’s Expansion, District & Upstage lines, mingled with seating from Teknion, Humanscale and Sit-on-It, continued this sophisticated look in the boardrooms and offices alike. This, along with the selection of warm laminate wood paneling in Teknion’s Leverage cubicle workstations, Expansion custom bookcases, Audience boardroom tables and collaborative filing station, made it easy to customize the office with unique features to meet diverse needs, while providing GRJ a consistent and welcoming aesthetic throughout their space. The use of Teknion Café Tables along with Global Duet chairs added a splash of contemporary-modern to create a bright fresh aesthetic for an inspiring lunchroom space to be enjoyed by staff and clients alike.
C3BI is extremely proud to have been a part of this collaborative effort with 1080 Architecture. The overall result is a showcase of aesthetic perfection with an interior environment that not only displays traditional warmth and elegance but also portrays the professionalism that truly captures the GRJ brand.
