Mobius is a service based organization who has been delegated the day to day administration of numerous Regina Civic Employee & Police Benefit & Pension Plans. They are boldly committed to providing excellent service to their clients, customers and shareholders. Mobius chose Concept3 Business Interiors Ltd. (C3BI), 1080 Architecture and PCL Construction Management as their key partners in creating their new office space due to similar commitments to excellence.

We selected Concept3 as one of our key partners in creating our new office space. We were looking for an organization that could help us find the right office furniture for our new space, provide excellent service and work with us over the long term as we grow. The team at Concept3 has been great to work with and they worked very well with our architect and with our general contractor and we are absolutely thrilled with our new workspace and how this all came together.

The Mobius Project’s design intent was to develop a motivational flexible space that could easily grow and evolve with them into the future. Concept3 Business Interiors (C3BI) selected creative product solutions to form comfortable spaces across the landscape and accommodate everything from heads down focus work to collaboration, socializing and privacy.
Hush Acoustical treatments, with their environmentally sustainable and customizable line of products, were chosen to enhance the space and reduce the negative effects of noise pollution. These acoustical treatments were creatively arranged throughout the space including several vibrant pieces hung from the ceiling and wall mounted treatments featuring bold bubbles of bright orange to breathe life into private phone rooms.
C3BI wanted Mobius employees to work as effectively as possible, while giving each person the ability to control their own workspace and movement. Teknion Cityline and Navigate were strategically chosen to create clusters of 120° height adjustable workstations with seated privacy to support individuals and groups in an open and collaborative environment. The addition of Sit-On-It Focus 2.0 Task chairs with playful pops of color and Humanscale M-Flex 2.0 monitor arms allows employees the ability to make personal adjustments thereby providing a complete ergonomic package.
Communal spaces were outfitted with a variety of products to create a vibrant inviting café, numerous warm casual spaces to lounge, and formal meeting rooms. These products range from Teknion’s meeting & café tables with their iconic slim blade legs, Sit-on-It Mika Café Chairs, Teknion Zones Club Chairs & Tea Tables, Global’s Drift lounge series & Rouillard’s Wooden Café Stools. The additional use of Teknion’s training tables paired with Sit-on-It Focus meeting room chairs adds an extra level of flexibility to meeting room spaces while staying within a consistent design.
Teknion’s extensive array of fabrics and finishes with striking accent colors layered with warm whites, soft pastels and wood tones, were an integral part of this project achieving the desired palette to fully capture the lively feeling of the Möbius brand. The end result is a bright, energetic motivational space that Mobius will enjoy for years to come.
