Established in 1912 along the picturesque South Saskatchewan River valley, just beyond Saskatoon's city limits, the Riverside Country Club Course is a testament to natural beauty and Scottish design. Crafted by the talented Scottish Golf Professional, William Kinnear, the course seamlessly integrates with the natural contours of the Saskatchewan prairies, boasting undulating fairways and strategically placed bunkers across its 18 holes. Notably, in 2022, it earned the esteemed rank of #64 on the ScoreGolf Top 100 courses in Canada.
With a storied history of excellence, Riverside Country Club aspired to ensure its clubhouse matched the caliber of its renowned golfing experience. Responding to members' desires for an exceptional post-golf experience, the club's board opted for a renovation focusing on the dining area, lounge, boardroom, and outdoor patios. Collaborating with Gibbs Gage Architects (GGA) and Hipperson Construction, C3BI embarked on this unique transformational journey.

C3BI was absolutely thrilled to collaborate with Gibbs Gage Architects (GGA) and Hipperson Construction on the Riverside Country Club renovation project. The clubhouse's vision aimed for an open-concept space fostering increased socialization among members. Warm walnut finishes, infused with mid-century modern aesthetics accented with navy tones, elevate the clubhouse into an inviting and inclusive space for all patrons to enjoy.
Throughout the project, C3BI worked closely with the club's management, and their selected construction and design teams to understand the vision and provide expert guidance in creating an environment that truly reflects the elegance and functionality befitting a premier club. Leveraging their access to top-tier product lines within the commercial furniture and hospitality industry such as Teknion, Audo Copenhagen, Charter Furniture, Geiger, Gus Modern, ISA International, Moooi and Suite 22 Contract, C3BI was able to curate the specified selection of furnishings that perfectly complement the club's desired aesthetic. The result is a clubhouse that seamlessly combines style, comfort, and practicality, exceeding the expectations of the Riverside Country Club and creating a welcoming environment for members and guests alike.
